Note: To say 'is it possible?', 能 and 可以 are often interchangeable.

会 (huì) : Acquired ability through learning.
我会说汉语。 (wǒ huì shuō Hànyǔ.) (I know how to speak Chinese).
能 (néng) : Physical ability, aptitude, or material possibility.
我不舒服,不能去。 (wǒ bù shūfu, bù néng qù.) (I am not comfortable, I cannot go).
可以 (kěyǐ) : Permission, authorization, or general possibility.
